Kayla

Veterinary medicine has always been an interest of mine since I started school in kindergarten when asked “what do you want to be when you grow up?” My answer was always a veterinarian. I attended the Veterinary Assistant program at Academy Canada in 2016, graduated the following year, and have been here at Sunrise ever since! I like to do a bit of everything around the clinic, but my main interests are nutrition and radiology. My favourite part of my job is helping our patients, and their owners, feel better.

A fun fact about me is that I am a level 2 Nutrition advisor, and certified in Laser Therapy!
